Originally from Scotland but now living in Norfolk Andy was one of the first of a new breed of U.K based photographers who moved away from what he describes as the stiff Edwardian style and on to a more true to life contemporary approach to photography.
His refreshing attitude to digital photography and the unorthodox way he selects his locations combined with a true understanding of light has led to a high demand for his informal style of work.
Andy concentrates on the feel of his shots rather than technical correctness. This applies to all aspects of his photography. why, because most people want him to capture how they feel, not just how they look !
Andy's assignments have covered all aspects of photography which has allowed him to travel regularly throughout the U.K and often abroad. Andy has over 23 years photographic experience and since turning Pro in 2003 has collected many awards for his refreshing style of work.
